These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vyndow websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Impact Digital Services Pvt Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. You’re responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it.

3. Acceptable Use

• Don’t misuse the Services or interfere with their normal operation.
• Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attack our systems.
• Follow all applicable laws and respect third-party rights.

4. Early Access & Trials

During Early Access, features are experimental and may change. We may limit or end the Early Access program at any time. Unless stated otherwise in writing, Early Access is provided “as is”.

5. Fees & Payment

Paid plans, if any, will be described separately at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, content, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Impact Digital Services Pvt Ltd. or our licensors. These Terms do not grant any licenses except as required to use the Services.

7. Customer Data

You retain all rights to content and data you input into the Services. You grant us a limited license to process such data to provide and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Neither party will disclose such information except as required to perform the Services or as legally required.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. We aren’t responsible for third-party services; their terms and privacy policies apply.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Impact Digital Services Pvt Ltd. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact Digital Services Pvt Ltd. from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new “Effective” date.
